The Accounting Administrator I (Specialist) plays a pivotal role on the multidisciplinary production system support team of the Department of FISCal. Responsibilities include  providing  customer support, researching and resolving system incidents while serving as a the Subject Matter Expert on various accounting areas  and modules  to various departments using the FI$Cal system.  The Accounting Administrator I (Specialist) provides Level 2 functional support to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of system-related issues.

Working Conditions

At FI$Cal, we currently offer a remote-centered position with the flexibility of telework for up to three days per week. In-office attendance is mandatory on designated days and is subject to change. Our office is located at 2000 Evergreen Street, Sacramento, CA. Candidates residing outside of California are welcome to interview, but proof of California residency is required before appointment. Please note, relocation and commute expenses are the responsibility of the employee.

This position requires prolonged sitting in an office-setting environment with the use of a personal computer. Employees must demonstrate a commitment to maintain a working environment free from discrimination and sexual harassment. All staff must maintain regular, consistent, predictable attendance, maintain good working habits and adhere to all policies and procedures.
