What You'll Do

This position is responsible for providing technical and administrative support for users of the Learning Management System (LMS) which includes Airport Customer Care, Cargo, Cabin Appearance, Ground Operations, Control Centers and Service Recovery teams. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Assisting with employee training records for DOT, FAA, TSA, OSHA, EAP and company-related training programs in the LMS system
  • Creating class and OJT offerings and assisting students with registrations for courses
  • Generating training reports for management and field personnel, as requested

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • High school diploma or GED equivalency
  • At least 2 years of work experience

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Airport customer service experience

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently with excellent time management and work prioritizing skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and function as an integral part of a team
  • Ability to interact professionally with all employees and regulatory agencies
  • Knowledge of the American Airlines Learning Management System (LMS)
