You'll be embedded in a cross-functional team working on customer-facing products and internal AI workflows. You'll collaborate with a team of 5 UX strategists and 1 FTE AI Designer and be mentored by the lead UX strategist/AI Designer. You'll be assigned to a project and work closely with the hiring manager to define priorities. Responsibilities include supporting innovation design, assessing AI opportunities in the market, and identifying design efficiencies. You'll also help define and document best practices for AI design across multiple initiatives.

Skills and Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience, with 1+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI and conversational AI design

  • Proficiency in AI design principles and experience designing user-facing AI experiences

  • Familiarity with LLM models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral, CoPilot) and ability to write and test system prompts

  • Understanding of the full AI product lifecycle, from design to production

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and recommend best practices
