**Job Title: Assembler (2nd Shift)** **Job Description** Join our team to be part of the underfill and staking department within the manufacturing process. You will be engaged in manual assembly of very small parts and gluing under a microscope, with tasks involving coatings and epoxies. **Responsibilities** + Inspect work for defects and replace parts as needed or directed. + Inspect product using a microscope. + Masking and demasking of components. + Follow documentation and procedures accurately. + Identify basic components through certification. + Read and comprehend English fluently. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in working under a microscope for a majority of the day. + Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. + Familiarity with hand tools such as torque drives, hand cutters, and screwdrivers. + Experience in Electronics Manufacturing is preferred. + Comfortable sitting and looking under a microscope for extended periods. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with epoxy, RTV silicone, and adhesives is beneficial. + Basic math skills and ability to recognize and distinguish colors. + Comfort with computer skills to load and run machine programs. + Steady hand and patience for intricate tasks. + Ability to work with adhesive scents, which are non-toxic and safe. **Why Work Here?** The company offers comprehensive benefits including 401(k) matching, health insurance, and tuition reimbursement. Positions available on 2nd shift from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Dress code includes wearing a full bunny suit with foot covers and gloves. Expect overtime after training, including weekends. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, Arizona. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.80 - $19.80/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
