Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager with construction experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various construction projects. Must have an understanding of construction terms, be proficient in computer applications, CAD knowledge helpful. Fence industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of bid documents
• Review Drawings and Specifications
• Prepare preliminary scope of work
• Prepare RFI's for bid clarification
• Support the project manager in conducting site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise on construction sites.
• Communicate with suppliers for pricing
• Maintain organized records of project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence.
• Prepare shop drawings and work orders

Qualifications

• Familiarity with construction management software such as Bluebook, Demand Star, and Dodge is a plus.
• Understanding of construction site operations and management practices.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate clear interactions with team members and stakeholders.
• Previous experience in project coordination or related roles within the construction and fence industry is advantageous.
