MAU is hiring an Associate Employment Specialist in North Charleston, SC. As an Associate Employment Specialist, you will support full-cycle recruiting and onboarding efforts while ensuring an exceptional candidate and client experience through strong communication and organizational skills.

Essential Functions
  • Coordinate and execute full-cycle recruiting for entry-level hourly roles
  • Schedule and support interviews (Teams and onsite)
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Prepare and distribute offer letters and internal documents (ACFs, onboarding assessments)
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Post job openings to TalentHub, MAU Jobs site, and other job boards
  • Manage onboarding processes: drug screening, background checks, Equifax paperwork, etc.
  • Maintain new hire rosters and process new hire documents
  • Participate in client and internal staffing meetings
  • Cross-train in on-site HR and recruitment functions
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Professional office setting with occasional visits to manufacturing or administrative customer sites
  • Environments may vary from temperature-controlled offices to GMP clean room or industrial settings
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
  • Ability to stand/walk for up to 4 hours
  • Ability to sit for up to 4 hours
