We're looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world. **Organization Overview** The Trial Capabilities Patient Reimbursement team is responsible for end-to-end process management of the patient reimbursement process. They are responsible for enhancing clinical trials by managing vendors to provide a flexible, intuitive, efficient, and timely patient reimbursement system, which complies with global regulations. The team ensures global continuity, flexibility, and accessibility of reimbursement options for investigators and patients, develops and implements cost-neutral strategies for patient participation, and manages vendor performance, timelines, and costs. The Associate, Patient Reimbursement is part of a global team that supports innovative and patient-centric solutions for reimbursing trial participants. The Associate, Patient reimbursement works closely with vendors and study teams to ensure the smooth and compliant delivery of patient reimbursement services across various therapeutic areas and regions. **Job Responsibilities** + Manage new vendor onboarding, including trial level vendor requests for proposals and work order execution. + Act as the point of contact to study delivery teams for patient reimbursement related matters. + Support trial set-up and programming of patient reimbursement systems and tools. + Track and approve site and country opt-out requests for patient reimbursement. + Manage escalations from global Specialist, Patient Reimbursement Customer + Ensure compliance with global and local regulations, policies, and procedures. + Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and strategies to enhance patient and investigator satisfaction with patient reimbursement tools **Basic Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or related field. + At least two years of experience in clinical research, patient reimbursement, or vendor management + Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. The anticipated wage for this position is $65,250 - $148,500 Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
