Position Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) in the tech sales division, located in the vibrant city of Long Beach, CA. In this entry-level position, you will become an integral part of our ambitious sales team, specializing in security software, including cybersecurity solutions, identity management, and cloud security. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound and inbound prospecting.
  • Collaborate with various project teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.
  • Manage leads and maintain accurate records using our technology stack, including Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Facilitate introductory meetings and product demonstrations with prospective clients.
  • Gather and report customer insights to inform product development and improve customer experiences.
  • Travel regularly to nearby major cities to engage with prospects and attend industry events.

Required Qualifications

  • 0-1 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification.
  • HubSpot Sales Software Certification.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the cybersecurity or technology sales sectors.
  • Additional certifications in sales or related technology platforms.
  • Familiarity with the Long Beach tech community and emerging market trends.
