We’re currently hiring an Entry-Level Business Development Associate to support our outreach and growth efforts. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or career starters looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and client relations —with full training and mentorship provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with identifying and reaching out to potential clients and partners

• Support business development efforts by helping prepare presentations and outreach materials

• Attend meetings and events to represent the company and build client relationships

• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and outreach efforts

• Track outreach activities, client feedback, and performance metrics

• Help coordinate follow-up communications and maintain client records

• Learn and contribute to strategies for growth, partnerships, and market expansion

Qualifications:

• No previous business development experience required — training provided

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Comfortable speaking with clients, partners, or prospects in person and over the phone

• Self-motivated and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is a plus

• Positive attitude and strong team collaboration mindset
