We’re currently hiring an Entry-Level Business Development Associate to support our outreach and growth efforts. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or career starters looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and client relations —with full training and mentorship provided.
Assist with identifying and reaching out to potential clients and partners
Support business development efforts by helping prepare presentations and outreach materials
Attend meetings and events to represent the company and build client relationships
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and outreach efforts
Track outreach activities, client feedback, and performance metrics
Help coordinate follow-up communications and maintain client records
Learn and contribute to strategies for growth, partnerships, and market expansion
No previous business development experience required — training provided
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Comfortable speaking with clients, partners, or prospects in person and over the phone
Self-motivated and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is a plus
