Job Description

A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Business Development Manager and help them drive the growth of the firm's client base and expand their business opportunities at their Seattle, WA office.

Your Day Includes

• Identify potential clients and projects requiring the services of the firm.
• Make direct contacts with leads, prospects, and clients, coordinating presentations and interviews.
• Track, develop, and maintain client and project leads using CRM software.
• Develop and maintain project profile information and integrate it into our CRM and company website.
• Communicate and follow-up with past clients through various channels.

Must Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• 10 years of business development, sales, or marketing experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working within Architectural, Engineering, Construction, or related industry. (preferred) 
• Proficiency with CRM contact software (Deltek Vision or Sales Force preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
