Job Description

The support staff is responsible for helping LaBelle Winery achieve its goals and objectives by supporting employees and customers.

Job Duties:

• Greet customers with a smile
• Clean and clear dining tables
• provide table assistance for guests and staff 
• Assist all servers, bartenders and managers with carrying of plates
• table maintenance 
• Set tables according to LaBelle’s standards
• Ensures guest has proper silverware, napkin, share plates when delivering food.
• Event set up as needed
• Assist servers, bartenders and event managers
• keep stations clean and organized 
• Utensils & steak knives polished and stocked
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment. 
• Ability to multi-task 
• Promote an atmosphere of teamwork by assisting co-workers.

Requirements

• Must be able to carry 50lbs frequently
• Must be able to climb stairs, bend and stand for long periods of time 
• Must be able to work in all climate weather
• Must be able to work on weekends and some holidays

Schedule: Part time, weekend/evening/day availability 
12.00/hourly
