Job Description

Relient Health seeks a caring and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)to work in a great  Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)setting. This  full-time ,  permanent position is a chance to make a real difference in the patients' lives at this facility.

Qualifications

• You  must be a licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant (or new grad COTA) 
• You  must   have an Associate of Science degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant
•  
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Responsibilities

• Screening patients
• Documenting progress toward identified objectives
• Administering occupational therapy services as directed by a registered occupational therapist
• Conducting patient and family education
• Delivering quality occupational therapy services
• Putting patient service first
• Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
