The CNA at Providence PACE provides direct support to elderly participants, assisting with mobility, personal care, and preparing them for medical exams under nursing supervision. Description
Under the direction of the Nursing Services Manager, provides support services for the medical staff in the Clinic. Provides care in support of Participant satisfaction and retention. Assists Participants in such activities as walking, transfers, use of mobility devices, getting to and from restroom, toileting, changing incontinence products, and clothing. Responsible for preparing Participants for medical exam by Clinic MD and RNs.
