What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day field operations for commercial roofing projects nationwide
- Execute job setup, daily planning, installation oversight, and closeout
- Supervise roofing crews and subcontractors
- Manage manpower, productivity, and workflow to meet schedules
- Enforce OSHA and company safety standards without exception
- Conduct daily safety meetings and jobsite inspections
- Ensure work meets plans, specifications, and quality standards
- Identify and resolve field issues early to avoid delays or rework
- Maintain daily logs, photos, and field documentation
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, GCs, and inspectors
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Project Directors, Safety, and Operations teams
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of commercial roofing experience
- 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, coatings, metal, re-roofing, and service work
- Ability to read plans, specifications, and scopes of work
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, travel-based environments
- OSHA 30 preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks
