**Construction Estimator** A Construction Estimator analyzes project plans and documents to determine the costs associated with construction projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and cost control. They prepare detailed cost estimates, assess material and labor needs, and collaborate with various stakeholders like project managers, architects, and subcontractors. **Description** · Plan, organize, and coordinate projects in the Tenant Improvement space. · Planning and coordinating a job, ordering materials and managing manpower to ensure the job is completed on time and within budget. · Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings. · Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and project walkthroughs. · Assist in developing project schedules and phasing plans. · Familiarity with local building codes, permitting processes, and industry standards. · Manage $100k + Jobs · Trade or Education experience is ok **Skills** Construction, Estimation, blueprint, tenant improvement, management skills, blueprint reading, proposal writing, construction management, project management construction, estimating software **Top Skills Details** Construction, Estimation, blueprints, tenant improvement **Additional Skills & Qualifications** 5 years of experience in TI Space (Tenant Improvement) Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and materials specific to TI projects. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
