In this role, you will play a crucial part in building and managing data pipelines that support important marketing data and analytics initiatives. Your expertise will help curate datasets and enable data delivery for production-level deployments. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will help shape a thorough understanding of customer and marketing data requirements, ultimately driving targeted marketing and personalized experiences for customers.

Accountabilities

• Build, manage, and operationalize data pipelines for marketing use cases.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer and marketing data requirements.
• Inform data sets and schema designs for raw data collection and Identity Resolution.
• Transform large data sets into targeted customer audiences for personalized experiences.
• Design and build data products that enhance marketing and customer experiences.
• Interface with cross-functional teams and communicate technical issues effectively.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of experience working with various big data sets and designing semantic data layers.
• 3+ years of experience in data modeling, building data warehouses, marts, and lakes.
• Experience in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in big data technologies (AWS EMR, S3, Glue ETL, etc.).
• Strong understanding of lean principles (DevOps, DataOps) and experience with tools like Maven and Git.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Spark, R, SQL, Scala.
• Familiarity with analytics reporting and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
