• MONDAY - FRIDAY, WEEKENDS AVAILABLE OR AS NEEDED
• HOURS: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM RANGE BASED ON AVAILABILITY AND BUILDING NEEDS
• $100.00 90 DAY PERFECT ATTENDANCE BONUS
• $300.00 REFERRAL BONUS PROGRAM

Responsibilities for JANITORIAL DAY FLOATER Include, but Not Limited to:

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of floors and stairs
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
• Cleaning sinks, counter tops in break rooms
• Restocking supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas
• Emptying all trash cans and replacing liners, cleaning receptacles as necessary
• Dusting and cleaning office desks and furniture that are not cluttered
• Cleaning windowsills and vents
• Maintaining janitor closets in a clean, organized and safe manner
• Traveling to multiple job sites throughout the shift

Skills for JANITORIAL DAY FLOATER:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good client/customer service skills
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Ability to work with a team or independently as needed
• Willingness to learn

Requirements of JANITORIAL DAY FLOATER:

• Valid drivers license
• Acceptable criminal background check
• Acceptable driving record

Physical Demands of JANITORIAL DAY FLOATER:

• Routine walking, standing, bending and carrying items weighing up to 30 pounds
