The Director of Sales (DoS) will serve as the reporting manager for sales leadership, including the national sales managers and sales support managers. The Director of Sales will manage and measure the business development and account management activity executed through the business development managers (BDM) and account development managers (ADM) working in the US and Canada. Additionally, the DoS will support management, support and directing of AIG’s key distributor sales partnerships (IWS and Abode). Along with team management, the primary focus for the position is customer acquisition, execution of field level growth strategy, account development, and retention. The Director of Sales leads and manages the sales team selection process, professional development, and support through best-practice execution of tools and resources that ensure smooth operations and improved sales outcomes. This role reports to the VP of HVAC. Overnight travel required up to 50%.

For positions based in New York City, the base salary range is $118,000 - $169,000. For positions based in Los Angeles, California, the base salary range is $130,000 - $170,000. In addition, the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
