This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Training at DJB Hospitality located in Richmond, VA. The Director of Training will be responsible for curriculum development, training and development, budgeting, and employee training on a day-to-day basis.

• Curriculum Development and Training & Development skills
• Experience in Training and Budgeting
• Strong background in Employee Training
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Hospitality Management, or related field
