Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Dump Truck Driver to join our team in Elizabethtown, NC . The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a dump truck to transport construction materials such as dirt, gravel, sand, or asphalt to and from various job sites in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate dump truck safely and responsibly in compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies.
• Haul and deliver materials to job sites as directed.
• Inspect vehicle daily and report any issues to maintenance personnel.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and reports.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials when necessary.
• Ensure load is secured and balanced to prevent shifting during transit.
• Work closely with site supervisors and dispatch for delivery scheduling.
• Maintain cleanliness of the truck both inside and out.

Requirements:

• Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating dump trucks or similar heavy vehicles.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and traffic laws.
• Able to work in various weather and road conditions.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
