We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Electrical Superintendent to lead and oversee significant industrial electrical projects in Clear Brook. This role involves managing complex installations and maintenance of industrial electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating with various trades to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute large-scale electrical projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Oversee teams of electricians, providing guidance and ensuring compliance with OSHA and local safety codes.
• Interpret blueprints and technical documents to ensure accurate installation and functionality.
• Coordinate with other trades to ensure seamless project integration and completion.
• Maintain high standards of installation and maintenance for systems such as power distribution, controls, and instrumentation.

Qualifications:

• Substantial experience in industrial electrical construction and maintenance.
• In-depth understanding of electrical theory, codes, and systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams effectively.
