Commercial Electrical Apprentice for Commercial work in St. Louis, MO $17-$30 working trial basis then renegotiate
Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of demonstrable apprentice experience as a Commercial, Residential, and Industrial apprentice electrician, with a strong portfolio of assistance in commercial projects. Experience across a variety of building types (e.g., retail, office, medical, industrial, institutional, residential) is highly preferred. School trade or working experience.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced aptitude for assisting in electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics, capable of identifying and assisting in rectifying complex electrical faults and system anomalies in commercial, residential, etc. settings.
Safety Expertise: Proven track record and unwavering commitment to safety protocols, particularly when working with higher voltage systems and energized commercial equipment.
Conduit Bending & Installation: High proficiency in bending, threading, and installing various types of conduit, including advanced bending techniques. ET Card useful
Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required.
Tools: Must own and provide a comprehensive set of professional-grade basic commercial electrical hand tools, including: Cordless Drill with various bits (e.g., paddle bits, hole saws) Basic Hand Tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, sockets, levels) Multi-meter (capable of reading commercial voltages and troubleshooting) Wire Strippers and various Pliers (lineman's, needle-nose, diagonal cutters) Conduit benders (EMT, PVC – hand benders at minimum) Fish tape and advanced pulling tools Voltage tester Other commonly used commercial electrical tools.
