Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department (ED) CWR

Duration: 3 Months
Job Summary: Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking for an exciting Travel and/or Local job in Hackensack, NJ (ZIP: 07601). Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive emergency care to patients of all ages in high-pressure situations.
Quickly and accurately assess patient conditions and determine priority of care.
Develop and implement effective nursing care plans.
Perform a wide range of professional nursing services and procedures.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 18 months of nursing experience in an Emergency Department environment.
Recent ED experience within the past six months.
Demonstrated high level of performance and clinical practice.
Strong clinical knowledge and analytical skills for formulating care plans.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver critical care services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Certifications & Licensure:
Active NJ State RN license or multi-state compact license.
BLS (AHA)
ACLS
Telemetry
PALS
NIHSS
CEU Contact Stroke (4 Hours)
Work Schedule & Details:
Hours Per Week: 36
Hours Per Day: 12
Days Per Week: 3
Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Unit Ratios: 1:6+
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Holiday Requirement: 3 out of 6
No on-call requirement
