Key Responsibilities
Manage daily schedules and calendars for team members and executives
Assist in coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and other logistics
Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
Organize and maintain files and documents, both electronically and physically
Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
Conduct research and compile information for projects and reports
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
