We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing high-level administrative support to our executives, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives and business growth. As an Entry Level Personal Assistant, you will have the unique opportunity to learn about different facets of the organization while developing your professional skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain executive schedules and appointments.
Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Organize and maintain files, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
Support the team in project management activities and agenda preparation for meetings.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
