Think Tell Junction We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Entry Level Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, adaptable to various tasks, and possess strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
Manage and organize daily schedules for executives and team members.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and documents.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is fully stocked and operational.
Conduct research and compile information as needed for various projects.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
