Location: Cleveland, OH (This is an on-site position. Candidates must work from our office location.)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $40,750 - $49,860 per year

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our growing team. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, organization, and execution of a variety of events, ranging from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and promotional events.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute various events from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with clients to ascertain their needs and objectives for each event.
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure all events are delivered within financial constraints.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venue representatives to secure necessary services and resources.
• Conduct site visits to assess venues and ensure they meet event requirements.
• Develop event timelines, schedules, and itineraries, ensuring all deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role in the events industry.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for negotiation.
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality event execution.
• Proficient in event management software and MS Office Suite.
