EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 + Bonus | Hybrid Schedule | Permanent

Position Details:

  • Location: Onsite in Stamford, CT (hybrid schedule – Mondays & Fridays remote)
  • Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
  • Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 + Bonus, with a generous benefits package

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, itineraries, and travel arrangements
  • Schedule meetings and prepare detailed expense reports via Concur
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate and organize internal/external events, including team meetings, client engagements, and conferences
  • Maintain up-to-date contacts and records in internal systems
  • Assist with meeting prep, including agendas and post-meeting follow-ups
  • Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and marketing presentations
  • Provide additional project and administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably within financial services
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Discretion, sound judgment, and confidentiality required
  • Independent and team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Expert in complex calendar management and professional phone communication
