Centerview Health  is a primary care practice that serves patients throughout New Jersey. We have an opportunity for a family nurse practitioner to join one of our practice locations in Toms River, NJ.

$60 - $65 hourly

The duties include, but are not limited to:

• Disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery
• Treatment of acute illnesses
• Treatment of acute injuries
• Prescribes and administers medications, performs routine vaccinations, and provides advice regarding personal health and hygiene
• Requests necessary tests and follow-up visits and refers patients to specialists, as necessary
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Performs a variety of tasks
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
• Provides direction to both clinical and reception support staff
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New Jersey
• Active DEA license
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team
• Patient-focused and committed to providing outstanding and compassionate care and service to all patients and families
• Strong computer skills and EMR knowledge

Centerview Health is an innovative, physician-led, and physician-centered medical group focused on helping physicians do what they do best: care for patients. We have a unique practice model with scribes, 1:1 medical assistants, and EMR support that allows our physicians to spend the majority of their time on bedside care and patient management. We take care of all operations, scheduling, management, and billing.

Compensation details: 60-65 Hourly Wage
