Field Marketer – Face-to-Face Lead Generator

Location: Cleveland and Surrounding Suburbs

Compensation: $17/hr base + uncapped bonuses (Average $55+ per appointment set)

What You’ll Do

• Hit the pavement in top local neighborhoods
• Spark real conversations with homeowners (face-to-face)
• Set up free estimates for our home remodeling services — no selling, just real energy
• Represent a respected, multi-million dollar brand with confidence
• Outperform the team — and get paid for it

What You’ll Get

• $17/hour base – paid no matter what
• $55+ per appointment on average – earn $1,200–$1,500 weekly if you’re hungry
• Paid training – we build winners from the ground up
• Flexible hours – full-time and part-time available
• Bi-weekly pay
• Promotion tracks – team lead, closer, or manager (you choose your path)
