Position: Finance & Restructuring Attorney
Location: Dallas, TX
Our client is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Finance & Restructuring group in Dallas. The successful candidate will handle a diverse range of workout, bankruptcy, insolvency , and corporate finance transactions , including senior debt, asset-based lending, cash flow, sponsor finance, unitranche, and mezzanine transactions.
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
6+ years of corporate finance experience at a large law firm
Texas Bar admission required
Excellent writing and communication skills
Strong academic credentials
Broad exposure to finance and restructuring work
