Job Summary
The Global Security (GS) Team provides security protection, investigation, resiliency, and crisis management services in support of JPMorganChase, its employees, customers, assets, and facilities throughout the world. This responsibility includes the development of security and safety policies and procedures, regulatory and legislative compliance, security guard management, alarm response, branch and corporate building security, customer safety, physical crime investigations, and workplace violence.
As a Regional Security Director within Global Security, you will assist meaningful policy and procedure change that will achieve both the business and security program objectives. Reporting directly to the Executive Director for Corporate Physical Security North America, you will lead the planning and execution of corporate security programs for the western United States. You will develop and implement with your team enhanced security protocols, procedures, and policies to mitigate threats and vulnerabilities to the firm’s people, property, and proprietary information. Additionally, you will serve as the Global Security liaison to the local leadership and executive committees. Your role will involve travel with occasional overnight stay, providing you with the opportunity to promote programs that will achieve both the business and security program objectives.
