_We are an advertising company specializing in paid ads placed on the restaurant menus we design, print, and provide to our clients. Our production and design department is one of the most important areas of the company, and we’re looking to add a talented Graphic Designer to our team._
_We are hiring_ **_immediately_** _for a remote role with long-term stability._
## **_About the Position_**
_You will work closely with our in-house graphics team to create and typeset restaurant menus, design ads, and support daily production tasks. This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment._
_This is NOT a character-drawing or illustration-focused role, applicants must have real experience with_ **_advertising materials_**_, such as menus, flyers, brochures, business ads, printed layouts, etc., and a portfolio that clearly shows these skills._
## **_Key Responsibilities_**
* _Proofreading menu content and ad text_
* _Designing ads for restaurant menus_
* _Typesetting menus and updating layouts_
* _Assisting the in-house design team with daily production tasks_
* _Creating print-ready files_
* _Sending internal emails and coordinating with different departments_
* _Providing light customer service via email when needed_
* _Supporting other departments as needed_
* _Any additional tasks assigned by management_
## **_Required Skills & Qualifications_**

* **_Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:_**
* **_InDesign (mandatory)_**
* **_Illustrator (mandatory)_**
* **_Photoshop (mandatory)_**
* _Acrobat (preferred)_
* _Experience creating printed advertising materials:_
* _Menus, brochures, flyers, business ads, print layouts, etc._
* _Must be able to use_ **_Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Drive_**
