Lexus of Naperville is seeking professional, top- notch and driven Greeter/Cafe Barista to join our team! If you are a believer of integrity and customer satisfaction, we would love to speak to you. No experience necessary, we will teach you the skills needed to have a fulfilling and successful career in the automotive business. Perfect for local college students and retirees! Monday - Fridays 1p.m. - 7 p.m. and Saturdays (required) Open availability. Flexible on the weekdays. Position pays $16 per hour. Plenty of opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers to the dealership with a warm and friendly attitude
• Provide excellent customer service and answer any questions or concerns
• Take orders and prepare a variety of coffee and other beverages in the café
• Maintain a clean and organized café and work area
• Assist with stocking and restocking café supplies
• Communicate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of customers
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Provide additional support to other departments as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service and/or food and beverage service is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays as needed
