We're looking for a Head of GTM to lead and scale our go-to-market engine across sales, marketing, and partnerships.

What You’ll Do

  • Own GTM strategy across sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success for our AI agent platform

  • Drive demand generation to grow pipeline across enterprise and high-growth D2C brands

  • Develop and manage the sales pipeline. Identify and target best-fit accounts through omni-channel outreach 

  • Implement and optimize account-based campaigns to educate prospects about our solution

  • Refine our ICP and sharpen positioning and messaging across all channels

  • Partner with Product on launch strategy, pricing, and packaging

  • Build and lead a small, high-impact team across growth, sales, and marketing

  • Analyze funnel performance and optimize for ROI and scalability

  • Plan and execute targeted campaigns and industry events (conferences, hosted sessions) to increase visibility and accelerate pipeline

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years in B2B SaaS GTM roles; background in AI, support, or lifecycle/retention tech is ideal

  • Proven success scaling GTM engines with a focus on the Enterprise prospects

  • Clear communicator and sharp storyteller—able to distill tech into value

  • A true hunter with a bias for action—you know how to open doors, close deals, and build scalable systems

  • Hands-on leader who can operate from strategy to execution

  • Experience in fast-moving, high-growth startup environments

  • Deep understanding of support and customer retention workflows is a strong plus

  • You thrive in ambiguity, take ownership, and move quickly with focus
