What You’ll Do
As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you’ll be at the heart of our construction projects. This full-time, on-site role in Houston, TX involves:
• Operating heavy machinery for excavation, grading, and site prep
• Performing routine equipment maintenance
• Following strict safety protocols
• Collaborating with a skilled team to meet project goals and deadlines

What We’re Looking For
We want operators who are ready to make an impact. Ideal candidates will have:
• Proven experience with heavy equipment and excavation
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance and safe operation
• A team-first attitude and strong communication skills
• Physical stamina and ability to work in all weather conditions
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Prior construction experience (preferred)
