IVIG experience required. Must have a minimum of one year infusion experience! This position will serve the Davis and Weber County area and occasional outlying areas. CLINICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR HOME CARE INFUSION REGISTERED NURSE - RN:

• One year of IVIG experience required, in-home highly preferred.
• Phlebotomy in Peds and/or Adults
• IV starts in Peds and Adults
• PICC lines
• Ports
• Hemophiliacs and Factor administration
• Enzyme administration

REQUIREMENTS FOR HOME CARE INFUSION REGISTERED NURSE - RN:

• Current unrestricted RN license in the state of Utah
• Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray (may obtain after hire)
• Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance and reliable vehicle
• Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.

Responsibilities for the RN:

• Provide thoughtful care to client & patients based on personalized Plan of Care
• Monitor and track changes in the client/patient’s conditions and needs
• Proactively updates client/patients’ family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns
