Job Description

We want our clients to truly enjoy life at home, and great caregivers make this possible! We have clients throughout Spokane and rural areas needing your help! Certified Caregivers start at $21+/hour and we pay an additional $4/per hour for working short shifts, under 4 hours. Benefits

Responsibilities

Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting
Working hands-on with activities of daily living tasks:
Ambulation/Transfers
Bathing
Incontinence Care
Dressing/Grooming
Eating
Toileting
Serving clients with instrumental activities of daily living:
Cooking (Meal Prep)
Light Housework
Errands
Medication Reminder
Laundry
Ability to act quickly and responsibly to report cases of emergency and client change of condition

Qualifications

Credentials-Current CNA or HCA in Washington State, or the ability to complete the home care aid (HCA) program within 200 days of hire.
Education- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience- Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment preferred but not required.
Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation every day.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Ability to pass a criminal background check prior to employment.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties.
