HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Novi, Michigan, USA Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with company goals. Support HR processes, including talent management, organizational development, and overseas HR operations. Implement HR policies and programs in alignment with business needs. Assist with HR functions related to global business expansion, especially in manufacturing and technology. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher; overseas work experience preferred. 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years as an HRBP in an international setting. Experience in smart hardware, robotics, or manufacturing is a plus. Fluent in English (Chinese preferred for foreign candidates). Open to U.S. Green Card holders, permanent residents, U.S. citizens, or those eligible to work under a tourist visa. 2. Sales Manager (HVAC Industry) – Multiple Countries Responsibilities: Develop international markets and expand customer base. Manage customer relationships, distribution channels, and satisfaction surveys. Promote and sell TICA’s HVAC products, including AHU, Chillers, and VRF systems. Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to meet company targets. Participate in exhibitions and organize product training for clients. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above. 3+ years of HVAC sales experience. Based in Philippines, Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Brazil, Turkey, or Ukraine.
