HR Generalist Specialist

Aligning with our HR department head, you’ll help uphold and enhance our work culture, ensuring it remains performance-driven and employee-oriented.

What You'll Do:

• Engage with various HR areas like benefits administration, managing performance and talent, handling disciplinary issues, and boosting employee morale through events.
• Track and ensure compliance with ongoing educational and assessment programs.
• Lead new team member inductions, ensuring they seamlessly blend into our corporate environment.
• Address workflow-related queries from different stakeholders, directing complex cases appropriately.
• Participate in investigations and attend disciplinary related sessions.
• Stay aligned with employment laws across various domains, adjusting policies to remain compliant.
• Research and apply the latest HR advancements and legal updates to your work practices.
• Work on other assigned duties.

What You Bring:

• HR-related educational background is preferred, with alternative qualifications considered individually.
• Over a year with hands-on HR management experience is needed.
• Profound knowledge of employment-related legislation and best practices.
• Professional communication prowess, both written and spoken.
• Impeccable time management and data analysis skills.
• Expertise in office software and HR systems is advantageous.

Your Environment:

The job site is entirely in San Carlos, CA, entailing fluency in switching between office and production environments. Be prepared for both environments’ physical and noise-based challenges. PPE is necessary for specific locations.
