Key Responsibilities:
+ Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate orientation and onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the organization, and manage all paperwork for employee exits.
+ HR Policy Management: Assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing HR policies to ensure compliance with company standards and federal/state laws.
+ Recruitment Support: Partner with hiring managers to post job positions, screen resumes, and schedule interviews. Work to source and secure top talent to meet organizational needs.
+ Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact to address employee inquiries, mediate workplace conflicts, and promote employee satisfaction.
+ Data Management: Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
+ Compliance and Reporting: Prepare and maintain compliance-related documents, such as EEO, ADA, and other regulatory requirements. Provide HR metrics and reports to senior management as needed.
+ Benefits Administration: Assist employees with benefit plans, answer questions regarding enrollment, and troubleshoot issues with service providers.
Requirements
+ Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field strongly preferred.
+ Experience: 2+ years of HR experience, ideally within an HR specialist, coordinator, or generalist role.
+ Proficiency in Technology: Familiarity with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
+ Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to changing priorities.
