JD - Hub Manager / Logistics Manager
Location:** Nashik /Mazegaon
Department:** Operations / Logistics
Reporting To:** Area / Regional Operations Manager
Employment Type:** Full-Time
*Key Responsibilities:**
* Supervise daily hub operations including parcel sorting and dispatch.
* Ensure timely shipment movement in line with SLAs.
* Lead and manage delivery associates, hub staff, and support personnel.
* Monitor key metrics: TAT, delays, delivery accuracy, etc.
* Coordinate with regional teams for escalations and improvements.
* Enforce safety, security, and compliance protocols.
* Maintain infrastructure, cleanliness, and hub efficiency.
* Optimize costs and prepare regular performance reports.
**Required Skills:**
* Strong team leadership and operational management skills.
* Knowledge of logistics/last-mile delivery.
* Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting.
* Good communication and problem-solving ability.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle high volumes.
**Qualifications:**
* Graduate (MBA/PG in Operations preferred).
* 2–5 years of experience in logistics or e-commerce (Flipkart, Amazon, etc., preferred).
**KPIs:** On-time delivery, accuracy, cost control, staff productivity, and safety compliance.
**Work Schedule:**
* 6 days/week | 9 AM–7 PM (Flexible as per need)
**CTC:** ₹3.5–6 LPA (Based on experience)
