Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist the HR team with onboarding new employees, including benefits paperwork, background checks, and documentation compliance.
+ Maintain accurate employee files and records in compliance with both company policies and legal requirements.
+ Provide administrative support for benefits enrollments, performance review scheduling, and employee engagement initiatives.
+ Respond to employee inquiries related to policies, procedures, and other HR-related topics.
+ Take ownership of payroll data entry, updating timekeeping records, and coordinating billing reconciliation.
+ Assist with the recruitment process via applicant tracking software (ATS), resume review, and interview coordination.
+ Coordinate and support company events and HR projects that enhance workplace culture.
Requirements
+ A minimum of two (2) years of HR or related administrative experience; Associate's/Bachelor's in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred.
+ Proficiency in modern HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with impeccable attention to detail.
+ Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential employee matters.
