The ideal candidate will support a wide range of human resources functions including recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, and payroll assistance while serving as a key point of contact for employees. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage recruitment activities, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and supporting hiring managers throughout the process. Administer employee benefits programs, answer general HR-related questions, and provide support with payroll processes.
