Position Overview – HR Coordinator
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented HR Represenative to support our HR operations and help strengthen our growing talent pipeline. This role is essential to creating a seamless and positive employee experience across the organization—from recruitment and onboarding to employee support and HR compliance.
The ideal candidate is an organized, people-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the center of HR operations that make an impact every day.
You will work independently while also collaborating closely with our HR, Talent Acquisition, and Operations teams to support Forefront’s continued growth.
What You Will Do
HR Support & Employee Service
Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external HR inquiries, delivering timely, professional assistance.
Route HR-related calls, emails, and correspondence to the appropriate team members.
Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.
HR Administration & Recordkeeping
Maintain and update personnel records (payroll, leaves, compliance documents, new hire files, turnover data, etc.) in both digital and paper systems.
Ensure all required employee documentation is complete and compliant with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Recruitment & Talent Pipeline Support
Support hiring activities by sourcing candidates through resume databases, ATS systems, and social platforms.
Assist with screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Support background checks, reference verifications, and preparation of employment contracts and offer letters.
Onboarding, Training & Employee Experience
Coordinate new hire orientations to deliver an engaging and welcoming onboarding experience.
Schedule HR meetings, interviews, trainings, and company events.
Organize internal trainings, seminars, and professional development sessions in partnership with HR leadership.
HR Projects & Reporting
Generate reports on HR metrics such as turnover, employee engagement feedback, new hires, compliance, and more.
Support special HR initiatives related to culture, recognition, retention, engagement, technology, and process improvement.
Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Operations teams to ensure smooth cross-functional communication.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Qualifications
Previous experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or administrative HR support role.
Strong understanding of HR processes, best practices, and employment documentation.
Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with HRIS and ATS systems (SmartRecruiters experience is a plus).
Knowledge of sourcing tools and online recruitment platforms.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational abilities and comfort multitasking in a dynamic environment.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field preferred.
HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is a plus.
