Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

Duties:

• Be the administrative backbone for our attorneys and legal professionals.
• Answer and direct phone calls with a smile and professionalism.
• Manage and process mail, keeping clients updated on all correspondence.
• Assist with reviews and adjustments of immigration packets before they’re filed.
• Maintain and organize both physical and electronic files like a pro.
• Accurately perform data entry tasks.
• Schedule appointments and meet with clients when needed.

Experience & Skills Required:

• Prior experience in an immigration law firm is a big plus!
• Knowledge of immigration legal terminology and procedures.
• Stellar organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize like a champ.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with legal administrative processes and procedures.
• Tech-savvy and proficient with various computer programs.
• Ability to work independently
• Solid problem solving skills
• Has practical experience operating a variety of office equipment, including SnapScan, business printers, and barcode scanners.

Pay: $18.25 - $19.01 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
