- High end residential interior design experience in the US is required to apply.
- We are accepting applications for Interior Designers with 3-5 years of experience and also considering higher levels of experience.
- This position is based in Menlo Park, CA. Candidates must be able to commute or relocate to the area.
- Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and transportation and be able to commute around the Bay Area for projects.

DESIGNER OVERVIEW
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly creative, self motivated, and goal oriented Interior Designer with impeccable attention to detail to join a collaborative and passionate firm. You
will work closely with a small design team on all aspects of design and project management.
We are looking for someone eager to continue learning, evolving and growing into a more
senior role within the firm.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
- Support the design and implementation of high-end residential projects from concept through completion.
- Develop detailed technical drawings and models using AutoCAD and/or SketchUp.
- Contribute to the development of design concepts, including furniture and finish selections, custom furniture development, and sourcing materials such as finishes, plumbing fixtures, and decorative hardware.
- Prepare and present client-facing materials, including drawings, mood boards, material flat lays, and visual presentations.
- Manage project scopes, including prioritization, budget oversight, timelines, and scheduling.
- Maintain clear and effective internal communication and provide regular project updates.
- Collaborate and coordinate with vendors, architects, general contractors, builders, and tradespeople to ensure all design elements are executed seamlessly and according to plan.
QUALIFICATIONS
- This is a full-time position with standard office hours of 9:00 - 5:00pm, but flexibility is required for occasional overtime to meet project deadlines.
- Reside in the San Francisco Bay Area with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Candidates relocating will also be considered.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture preferred. Will consider candidates with Degrees in other fields that bring experience in high end residential.
- 3-5+ years of residential interior design experience
- A portfolio that showcases both your technical skills and your creative vision.
- Proficiency with a Mac, AutoCAD and/or SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop), Studio, Canva and Google Workspace.
- Strong knowledge in material sourcing, specifications, and custom furnishings.
