Insight Global's client is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead its infrastructure team. This role is ideal for a seasoned IT professional with a strong background in enterprise infrastructure, cloud technologies, and team leadership. The position offers the opportunity to shape infrastructure strategy, drive innovation, and support mission-critical systems in a dynamic aviation environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, design, and implementation of IT infrastructure projects
Provide technical guidance to cross-functional IT teams
Develop and enforce infrastructure policies, procedures, and security standards
Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Oversee infrastructure support for servers, networks, storage, and applications
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts

Skills and Requirements
8+ years of experience designing and managing enterprise infrastructure
5+ years in a leadership role managing teams of 5 or more
Expert-level knowledge of server, storage, networking, wireless, and cloud infrastructure
Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
Proficiency in infrastructure monitoring and security tools
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results
Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field - Industry certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Cisco, CompTIA)
Experience in aviation, manufacturing, or other regulated industries
Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks
