What You'll Do

• Support one or more teams with writing, concepting, and ideation
• Help build decks and presentations—ensuring consistency in tone, clarity, and messaging
• Participate in brainstorms, contribute fresh thinking, and pitch internal social ideas
• Write for a variety of platforms including digital, social, print, and experiential
• Assist with proofreading, editing, and quality control of copy as needed
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines with flexibility and attention to detail

What You Know

• The basics of advertising copywriting and storytelling
• How to write for digital platforms, social media, and evolving content formats
• Microsoft Office and the fundamentals of Adobe Creative Suite
• How to take feedback, revise, and improve
• That teamwork leads to better creative
• That this is just the beginning—and everything you work on is part of building your portfolio

Your Experience

• 0–2 years of copywriting or creative writing experience
• A portfolio (student or professional) that shows promise, curiosity, and craft
• A degree in advertising, journalism, creative writing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Passion for language, culture, and creativity
• Initiative and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced agency environment
