Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Salesforce Developer to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for freshers and early-career professionals eager to gain hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM, Apex development, Lightning components, and API integrations.
You’ll receive on-the-job training, real-time project support, interview preparation, and continuous job support to build a strong foundation in Salesforce application development and customization.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, triggers, and automation based on business requirements.

Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, REST, and SOAP services.

Work on data migration, reports, dashboards, and process automation tools like Flow.

Collaborate with business analysts and administrators to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

Support in testing, debugging, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.

Participate in real-time project support and gain practical exposure to enterprise Salesforce environments.

Engage in interview preparation and ongoing job support to build confidence and career readiness.

Required Skills:

0-2 years of experience in Salesforce development or related technologies.

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning components.

Basic knowledge of data modeling, workflows, and process automation within Salesforce.

Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts and version control (Git).

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
